These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the vlr-concept.com website and the purchase of products offered by VLR Pilates Concept. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products
All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify product specifications or discontinue products without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product.
3. Ordering and Payment
Orders can be placed through our website. By submitting an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
Payment must be completed at the time of order. We accept the payment methods listed on our checkout page.
4. Delivery
We deliver to Romania and throughout Europe.
- Romania: 3–7 business days
- EU countries: 7–21 business days
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.
5. Right of Return
You may return a product within 30 days from delivery, provided that the product is unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original, undamaged packaging with all accessories included.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@vlr-concept.com before sending the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days without reason. Our 30-day policy exceeds this minimum.
6. Warranty
- Individual customers: 2-year warranty (EU Directive 1999/44/EC)
- Business customers / companies: 1-year warranty
The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover damage from improper use, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. To make a claim, contact info@vlr-concept.com with your order number.
7. Limitation of Liability
VLR Pilates Concept shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages beyond the value of the purchased product.
8. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection legislation.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
